Procedure for handling lost luggage on the trains of Koleje Małopolskie:

 

1. If your luggage is left / lost on a train, please contact:

• our lost-property office for property found on the trains of Koleje Małopolskie, tel. 727 440 020, open from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on working days (5, Pawia Street, the mezzanine floor of the PKP railway station, next to platform 5).

• at other times and on days off - call 12 307 16 68.

 

2. Items found on the trains of Koleje Małopolskie are transferred to the lost-property office (open from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm on working days - tel. 727 440 020). If the person authorized to collect their property fails to report within 3 days, the property shall be handed over to the Lost property officer, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of February 20, 2015 on found property.
